POLICY TRUST SIGNALS

Why Our Legal Posture Holds Up

We write our terms to be read by real account holders, not just compliance teams. These six signals show how our legal framework is kept honest and current.

Plain-Language Drafting

Every clause is written so a Pakistani account holder can read it without a legal background. We cut jargon and define technical terms inline so nothing hides behind complicated wording.

Region-Specific Clauses

Access rules, tax handling, and payment limits are written for supported Pakistan regions specifically, not copied from a generic template that ignores local payment infrastructure.

Version-Controlled Updates

Each update carries a publication date. We do not quietly overwrite old versions; you can request the prior version via email if you need to compare what changed and when.

Verification Before Withdrawal

Identity checks happen before your first withdrawal, not after a dispute. This protects both sides and means cleared funds reach your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet without a last-minute hold.

Dispute Escalation Path

If our internal team cannot resolve a terms dispute within 14 days, we direct you to the escalation procedure in Section 9. That path is open to every account holder regardless of account size.

No Hidden Fee Clauses

Our fee schedule for SadaPay and Raast transfers is in Section 5, not buried in a footnote. What you see before you confirm a withdrawal is what gets deducted — we keep this consistent every time.

How This Page Sits Within Our Policy Set

Our legal section is one part of a wider policy framework. Here is how this page connects to the others so you can find what you need without...

Terms vs Privacy PolicyThis page covers your rights and obligations as an account holder. Our Privacy Policy, linked in the footer, covers how we store and process your personal data separately.
Terms vs Withdrawal RulesSection 4 here outlines withdrawal eligibility in principle. The Withdrawal Rules page carries step-by-step timelines for JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, and Raast specifically.
Terms vs Account SecurityThese terms define what constitutes a breach of account rules. The Account Security page explains the technical measures — two-factor authentication, session controls — we use to enforce them.
Terms vs Promotions PagePromotional conditions are not embedded here to keep this document stable. Each promotion carries its own short condition sheet linked from the promo board.
Terms vs Cookie PolicyCookie use is governed by a separate one-page document accessible from the footer. These terms do not repeat those provisions to avoid version-drift between the two documents.
Terms vs Contact PageThe Contact page lists every support channel. This legal page references those channels for dispute escalation but does not duplicate the contact details in case they change.
Terms vs Regional Access FAQWhether your region is supported is answered in our Regional Access FAQ. These terms assume you have already confirmed eligibility before creating your account.

Common Questions About Our Legal Terms

Yes, if your region is listed as supported under the access clause. Where local law permits, Pakistani account holders are covered by this agreement from the moment registration is complete.

The version date and number are recorded at the point of registration. You can request a copy of the version you accepted by emailing support with your account reference number at any time.

We post a notice on the site and, where possible, send an account notification. Continued login after the posted date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, you may close your account before that date.

Yes. Section 9 sets out the dispute process. Raise it through live chat or email within 30 days of the transaction. We aim to respond with a written position within 14 working days of receiving your claim.

Deposit handling is covered in Section 4. Funds cleared via JazzCash or Easypaisa are credited to your account balance and held separately from operational funds as stated in that clause.

Standard verification requires a valid CNIC. You upload it once through the secure dashboard form. Higher-tier verification for larger withdrawal limits may require one additional supporting document per Section 6.

Section 9 describes the external escalation path available to all account holders. Support can send you that section as a standalone document if you prefer to review it before deciding whether to escalate.
